Our Returns & Exchanges policy is designed with the same care and attention to detail that we put into selecting every Christmas tree, light, and wreath in our collection.

Returns Period

We accept returns within 15 days from the date you receive your items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the safety and quality of our Christmas collections, certain items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Christmas Trees (due to size and assembly requirements)
  • Christmas Wreaths and Garlands (seasonal items that are difficult to restock)
  • Any items that have been assembled, used, or damaged after delivery
  • Personalized or custom-made decorations
Please Note: Christmas Tree Stands, Christmas Lights, and Christmas Outdoor Decor can be returned within the 15-day period if they are in original condition and packaging.

Return Process

Follow these simple steps to return an item:

  1. Contact Our Team: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with your return request
  2. Provide Details: Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return
  3. Receive Authorization: We will email you a Return Authorization Number and instructions
  4. Package Your Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging with all accessories
  5. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our Glasgow address using a trackable shipping service

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (such as shipping the wrong item or a defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refund Timeline and Method

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-7 business days to appear on your statement
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days to process to your account

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable for changed mind returns.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. To request an exchange:

  1. Follow the same return process outlined above
  2. Clearly state in your email that you would like an exchange and specify the preferred replacement item
  3. We will process the exchange once we receive your returned item

Damaged or Defective Items
